"This has to be the nicest, cleanest, most well stocked Kohl’s I have ever been in. It’s worth the drive if you live in Germantown or Clarksburg. Also it’s huge. Very nice store."

"It's great shopping at Kohl's unfortunately I find a lot of their brand name items very high in price even when it's a sale. The other frustration I find is when you earn points you have a small window of time to use them I feel if you earn them you should be able to use them when you want to."

"This past week I was treated like a child by the cashier just because I chose not to use my Kohls card and pay by cash. When given my change the cashier threw it and my receipt on the counter and then proceeded to start talking about me to another cashier while I stood there. After leaving, I called the store to speak to a manager that NEVET answered the call. I was then told a manager would call me back, well it’s been days and I am still waiting. I find it ridiculous that when you chose not to use your card they keep pushing! If I say NO twice that should be enough! I was just fortunate enough to have the cash. They don’t know what is going on in anyone’s life so when we say no take it as no. I could have been an abused wife that isn’t allowed to use my cards or my husband would get irate. I could be at my credit limit and didn’t want to be embarrassed! All though neither was the case for me! It can be for others and I find it repulsive that the stores can not take NO for an answer!"

"Kohl's has changed too much. All the reasons I looked forward to shopping there no longer exist. Items I used coupons on are no longer available for coupons. I've been threatened with having my MVP status taken away after years of qualifying for it. There is nothing I want to buy or that I believe would be a worthwhile value. I left Macy's for this reason, now I will be giving Macy's another chance. The only reason I was in Kohl's was for an Amazon return."

"Clean, well layed out and very large. Great place to buy baby clothes. A huge selection including Carter, Disney and Nike. Prices and sales are excellent. Checkout line moves fast. A real surprise was how large and clean their bathrooms were. Store is well organized."
