She went out of her way and could not have been more pleasant at the end of a crazy holiday week. She was so kind and patient!"

"First time in this location but it seemed like it was going out of business. The lights were dim, the shelves were empty, no music on and barely anyone shopping or working. They do have self checkout which I've never seen at a Michaels. A cashier was available to help as I paid cash. They were offering the usual sales, it just didn't seem like there was much to buy and not a very welcoming environment."

"They had lots of stuff but I am sad they didn't have the florist anymore it was so nice to pick things and she put it together really nice and she made the most beautiful bows.it made Michael unique. I do love the art supplies. All the crafts stuff. The self check out was nice but I am glad you do have at least 1 real cashier if needed. I think I would have got red of the frame stuff instead of the florist. I never see anyone back there.I love the variety. You always have the best wrapping paper please don't get red of that ever."
