I WILL NEVER EVER USE EITHER ONE OF THESE CLOWNS FOR BUISINESS!!!...update..to prove they can care less NOTE HOW THERES NO RESPONSE FROM THIS REVIEW OF SERVICE!! LIKE I SAID STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN SHOW!!"
"Amy was very helpful and understanding. Rick was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to time constraints I wasn't able to get my Onan fixed. Would recommend this facility highly."
"Update I contacted Amy about the cost of this repair that it seamed to be very high just a bad oil filter. To my surprise I received a 500.00 credit back on my credit card charged. Now that is what I call great customer service Thanks again Amy for all your help. Jim Warring Repair was done in timely manner. I was told prior to repair that if they had to remove generator estimate was $1432.The rv was just brought into shop to prepare to lift it but mechanic looked in inspection door under generator and discovered seal on oil filter had been pinched causing the oil leak. I was informed of problem and would replace oil filter and do oil cleanup as much as they could. They ran generator for two hours to confirm leak was fixed. When I went to pick it up I received an invoice for $1091.90 for labor which I feel is an overcharge. Even though I was given a $54 veteran discount I feel this was an overcharge of labor for basically changing an oil filter. I would like to add Amy was very helpful. Jim Warring"
"Excellent crew. They have a new chassis Dyno to test over the road tractors. Just installed but it will be up and running in a week or so."
"Very professional and nice. Fixed our generator in a timely manner and took good care of us. Very good service!"
