"I don’t know what happened to Potomac Generator this year but I will never use them again. At first they were reasonably priced & available for service but now, who even knows if they’re still open for service. I had an oil change and fuel delivery scheduled & no one showed. I let that slide and tried to give them business again when it was time for elevator testing. After calling & emailing 3x one month after another, with continued promises of sending over an estimate I never received anything. I’ve talked to a live person & also email a direct contact to no avail. Don’t waste your time. They’re unprofessional & untrained. I recommend Kelly Generator. The tech was knowledgeable & prompt."
