We had a 20 minute conversation where Mark took the time to educate me on the truck. Brought the truck in for repairs and Mark explained everything to me thoroughly before performing the repairs. Kept in contact with me about parts and estimated time the truck repairs would be completed. After repairing the truck, Mark took the time to do a walk around of the truck and they even washed the truck for me! That’s what I call superior customer service!! "Baltimore Diesel & Equipment friendly, fast, cost effective, and will not take advantage of the situation. We cannot recommend them enough. Five stars Plus is what we would give them. They will be doing all of your equipment and truck work going forward. Our Toyota skid machine had been not working for well over a year. We had several people to said they would come look at it, some came and some ever showed up. The person who normally works on it is on the Eastern Shore and had broken his foot so he was unable to help. I finally being fed-up found a number for Baltimore Diesel & Equipment. Let me tell you they are great. The owner Mark said he would have it picked up in a day or two. He was confident he would be able to locate the problem and fix it. He called multiple time to let us know what was going on and additional cost associated with the fix. He explained his company was very busy but, he would fit us in as soon as possible. A week or less later he called and wanted to know if we would be home to return the skid machine. It was fixed. After almost two years my husband was so happy. "If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would. I have a 2010 F250 that had been giving us trouble. I took the truck to a couple different shops that was trying to rip us off. Unfortunately by the time I found Baltimore Diesel I needed a new motor and was in a bad situation. I called Baltimore Diesel and spoke to John and explained my situation to him. John listened to everything thing that I had to say and was very understanding and caring of my situation. I then spoke to Mark again very compassionate and understanding. I immediately felt comfortable and knew this was the shop for us. My husband and I met Mark and went over the truck and the financial part. Mark is one heck of a guy to say the least. I could not be more thankful to find such caring and honest people. Mark went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and the truck was 100% perfect before picking it up. Mark kept us updated and had it done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this shop."
