"I've been going to The Exchange for years. I no longer go to the exchange at any location. I now buy my DVDs from eBay dot com, and I have a seller that I go to for all my DVDs, the seller has over a million DVDs, and all of them are under $5 even for the latest movies. You guys should think about selling online and mailing it to your customers via USPS media mail So that you all can continue to make money. A lot of sellers do not accept returns, because we probably paid like $3.68 for a DVD. This review is to let others know that you guys do have good DVDs and good prices, and this view is also for the exchange to give you guys something to think about. I am new to going to this location, and it was OK, but my first location that I've been going to for years was in North Olmstead Ohio"

"Very good service and the staff was nice. The one girl was very patient with me when I asked for a printout list of games they had, after someone had told me how we can request that. Also the prices was good. Overall I will definitely be going back to do more business here..."

"The store has some really nice items. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They bought some of my items and paid more than if I sold them online. A wide variety of vinyl records was neat to look through."

"I usually enjoy this location and I’m a frequent visitor/purchaser. But today has changed my mind. As I was parking at 10:45am, the opening manager literally almost collided with me as he sped through and cut through the aisles. Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and dangerous. I’ll be contacting the store manager tomorrow regarding the matter, hopefully it’s not this idiot. You should reconsider their employment as they clearly have no regard for the integrity of the business or the safety of its customers."
