"Horrible experience. We got them through American home shield . Do not use them . They don’t want to fix anything . If they can’t fix it they just report to them insurance company and say that you misuse the item . And the insurance company use that to denied your repairs. That why American home shield use this company. Very unprofessional and you can’t even get a hold of them after they come to your house . Do not use them for your repairs stay away"
