He walked through his troubleshooting methods and ultimately found the cause, a shorted wire outside. On top of that he provided recommendations to keep my system performing and highlighted areas of future concerns. I definitely recommend using these guys for your HVAC needs, especially for quick response issues like losing upstairs zone heat in the middle of winter."

He took the time to explain the condition of our furnace and what he did to service the unit. He also explained what was included in the Gold maintenance plan. He also answered the questions we had. "Luis Oliveras was my technician, wore masks and shoe covers showed cared about health and cleanliness. Luis performed an inspection and looked for any signs of potential issues which he pointed out, he was not pressuring me for any services but took many photos to show signs of these issues and pictures spoke for themselves so I appreciated that. Provided some advice and tips to keep unit running healthy, we did not determine the core problem for the reason he was called in for but based on assessment have general idea. Would hire again"

We contacted Michael and Sons Services based upon our research and reading other reviews. They immediately sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. Their technician Luis was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem and took the additional time to ensure we understood, in detail, what the issue was and then upon our approved, corrected it immediately. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. No gaming took place in order to increase the repair cost, as we all know some companies out there are guilty of. Incredibly helpful and gave safety advice on parts and additions I could add onto my systems to help make the systems safer and run better.
