"Just had an incident with the owner in his van trying to merge onto MD-32. Sped up to block my merge then brake-checked me when I had to get behind him. Called the number on the back of the van to talk with the business manager and guess what, the guy in the van is the one that answered the phone and then he starts to curse me out. If my house is flooding and you’re the last plumber in MD, I will NEVER call you! Very rude and quite dumb to irritate other drivers while you try and advertise business with the graphics on your van."

"We get consistent responsive service from Tony and Mike. They’ve made quick and efficient repairs on the few occasions we’ve needed them (copper pipe leaks and pin holes) and helped us plan renovations such as adding a tankless water heater or remodeling a bathroom. I recommend them."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called and a man said “Hello”. I then asked to speak to the owner, because it was a personal cell number and they immediately hung up on me. I’ve been having problems with my shower drain and wanted to know if they could help. For some reason I was immediately hung up on. Very rude and I can’t imagine they would have been anymore professional had I hired them."

They didn't come back to fix it after many calls and texts. I do not recommend them any longer. We have moved on to another plumber."
