"Len The Plumber was an excellent first time experience from the quick and easy phone call with the representative to schedule my initial appointment to the text I received with not only a picture of my technician (Davin) but a descriptive blurb about him and the company. I thought that was unique and helpful to make sure the right person was servicing me. He was also very very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did along the way and made sure my furnace wasn't giving off carbon monoxide before he left. I even started a service plan with them for under $20 a month and it gave me a discount on my service call for that day. All in all I was impressed with Len The Plumber and what they offer."

"We have needed to use Len the Plumber twice in the last few weeks (for two unrelated but urgent plumbing issues in our home). Houston was our plumber both times. We were very happy with the service we received! Would highly recommend! More details for those interested: Len the Plumber as a company is very responsive, and scheduling was very quick and easy. Our plumber Houston is fantastic! Arrived on time/even a little early for the appointment both times that he was here in the last few weeks. He's very friendly, and has been very nice to our two large dogs (that are think every person that comes into the house is there to see them)! He works quickly, but is extremely thorough. One of our plumbing issues he was here for was a bit of a mystery, and he was willing to do quite a bit of detective work to help us find the source of the leak and made sure to do due diligence to solve the issue. Another plumber from a different company had been there the previous day and could not find the source of the leak and just left without fixing anything. We called Len the Plumber afterwards, and they were able to send Houston the next morning and it was a much better experience. We will continue to stick with Len the Plumber for all future needs! Houston was also very helpful with making suggestions about other issues that he saw that we might want to look into without making me feel pressured into additional services. They were extremely courteous and professional, and explained everything in detail after the job was finished, including walking me through how to operate the new thermostat.
