"Called around to find a place to have our septic pumped. I called 7 places. Out of those places, I spoke to one company. The others didn't answer or you had to leave a message. No messages were returned. This is one if those places! I recommend Billy's septic!!"

"My review is neither negative nor positive. I contacted them upon recommendation of a friend (whom they’d done several jobs for with 100% satisfaction) to do a residential connection into a sewer & water line from our basement to the main line. They are trying to get away from remodel projects the very polite lady who took my call said. Plus they wanted $150 to come out to see if they could even do the job. Had they been willing to come look at my project I would have not risked $150 fee just to look at it…however the lady as I said was super helpful; when I told her that’s not in my budget to pay a fee like that for an estimate she asked me to send photos which I did. That’s when she told me they’re trying to move away from remodeling jobs. So my review is only to state if you need something like that done maybe keep looking. Their office customer service is superb though…"
