He was very courteous on the phone and reassured me that the call out fee would be $80, and would go towards any repairs. He was at my house within an hour. He showed great competence and had the washing machine front removed within a few minutes. He answered all my questions and provided some very valuable information to help me keep my washing machine running longer. He also worked on a dryer as he waited for the washing machine to run through a quick cycle. Again showing great expertise in disassembling the dryer and diagnosing the issue. With a coupon I was only charged $65. I was very impressed by his professionalism and competence and would definitely recommend Raker Appliance."
