"Their service department is a joke. My car has been done and drivable since Thursday, yet they hold onto it because they don’t have all the figures correct with the insurance company. In the meantime, it’s costing me $30 a day for a rental car so I’m already $120 in the whole, not to mention the fact they had it two weeks longer than my insurance will cover anyways so it cost me $500 already for a rental car. They don’t care about the customer they just care about getting their money."

"Had a great experience with Shannon, who helped me problem solve an Apple Car Play issue. I dropped in w/o an appointment, and Shannon took the time - almost 30 min - to go through a methodical problem solving process and ultimately corrected the issue. I realize I got lucky, as they were not terrifically busy at the time. However, many would have just told me to schedule an appointment. So thank you, Shannon!"

"Go somewhere else. Poor customer service, they do not admit their own mistakes or poor mechanical work. I did brake pad replacement and resurfaced the rotors. One year later with just 30k miles, I have to replace them again, even so they give warranty on their work, it’s not gonna help you. They will give you tausend of reasons and charge you even for inspection. Don’t trust this place, they put cheap auto part and quality of their supplies is very suspicious. Manager will not help you too, he is not competent in solving problems and satisfying customers."

She also is so friendly, extremely knowledgeable about her trade, and breaks everything down into terms I understand. I never feel "sold" on anything or ripped off which is truly valuable in this industry! 10/10, a true asset to your company."

"The best assistance when it comes to making an appointment during the day shift is Leisa and the night shift are always very helpful. The advisor ls that stood out was Mike and but all the others are just as helpful. Manager Zach goes above and beyond. Ppl in the parts department always have the parts that I need. All in all the service has been 5 star so far."
