"This is by far one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I was a loyal customer for years until today. After taking my car in for routine maintenance, I got it home and the next day it wouldn’t start. I called them and they said it “wasn’t related” so I had to pay for a tow to get it back to them. Not to mention they had a completed line item from my receipt that said that the battery was just checked - no battery service recommended at that time. The tow truck guy who was very helpful even said it was strange. Anyway, they take a look the second day and say “oh you just need a new battery”. Okay, easy enough, we can do that ourselves. So we install a brand new battery and my car won’t start again. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with my battery (it was still testing as operational) so I’m assuming they must’ve done something else (maybe disconnected something during the initial service, I don’t know). So I’m going on a few days and several hundred spent at this point. I call Precision and say “look, I give you guys all my car business, my car was fine when I brought it to you, I really need you to come tow it to your shop.” I truly didn’t think I should be responsible for paying for another tow. Well Nick completely argues with me saying that I refused service and that there were other issues with my car (which were never told to me nor was a line item estimate sent to me) and why would they pay for a tow (after THEY messed up and I STILL was going to take my car to them)?! Trying to mansplain to me that $300 isn’t expensive for a new battery and that batteries don’t last that long anyway?? It truly was a conversation that I couldn’t believe I was having. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business."

"Very professional, clean location, very polite and definitely honest. Mechanics there really know their stuff. And one time when I had a problem with my warranty company, Dimitri went to bat for me and actually got them to pay what he felt was rightfully their responsibility. Never forgot that he cared enough to do that - I wouldnt go anywhere else but Precision Tune for my car - a 2013 Ford Fusion and still on the road and looking good! All thanks to them!"
