"The technician came out 6 days ago and diagnosed the refrigerator and claimed to have found the issue and corrected the issue. A few hours after he left, the issue was still happening. After multiple phone calls back and forth, he finally came back out today at 3pm after saying he would arrive by 10am. He did nothing today and said it was fixed. $370 later the refrigerator still does the same thing it did prior to his visit. Hopefully this review can save some people money by going with a different company."
"I called on Sunday to schedule an appointment to have my refrigerator repaired. The guy I spoke with said that they were available the next day (Monday) at 4pm and that he would call when he was on the way. I hadn't heard anything by 3:45pm, so I called to check the status. Every time I called from my phone, it said "user busy." As soon as I called from my wife's phone, it went right through. Did they block my number? The lady I spoke with said that they passed the call to a sister company and the appointment was never confirmed. Very unprofessional. I'll be using a different company."
