New Castle Regional Ballet, formerly known as The Menichino School for Dance, has been a pillar of the New Castle community for over 50 years. Under the direction of Artistic Director Debbie Parou, NCRB is dedicated to providing pre-professional ballet training to students in the area. Our non-profit organization aims to instill discipline, focus, and a love for the art of ballet in all of our students.

Located at 210 West Washington Street in New Castle, Pennsylvania, NCRB offers classes for dancers of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Our curriculum includes intense workshops, guest master teachers, and scholarships to help our students reach their full potential. Many of our graduates have gone on to successful careers in dance and other professional fields.

In addition to our regular classes, NCRB hosts two annual performances, including the beloved holiday classic, The Nutcracker. We also offer a summer program for dedicated dancers, as well as mini classes and private lessons for those seeking accelerated progress.
