"Staff in pharmacy area is very unprofessional. What I witnessed this evening was so unacceptable . Kamaia staff member at the register was being rude to this customer for no reason. She was screaming and being ignorant to Customer telling her to spell her name and she say “ oh my god” and just giving attitude. Tim made a side comment to Laura and Kamaia about this lady. Staff is very lucky the customer didn’t go off on them. Tim and staff should be grateful they have a job. You never know who your customers are when you looking for a new job and displaying horrible customer service skills Bad taste. I think this store need new faces."

"Came to pick up prescription and the pharmacy was closed because everyone went to lunch how does the entire staff go at the same time and no one covers that area until another person comes back."

"I went to the store at 4:35pm. I was unable to go into the store. The gate was down. I then went into the drive thru lane for the pharmacy and was told the store closes at 4:30 now but the pharmacy is open until 5pm. That should be updated on the website and the app. It is a waste of time!"

"Drive thru was meant for pick up not park the car and wait for meds, that's inside. I've never been in a place that is slow, rude and inconsiderate to others. If there was a button for a 0 that's exactly what they would get. I've been sitting in my car for 25 minutes. This is insane."

"Some of employees in the pharmacy are very rude. I came here to get a Covid test and pharmacist were rushing me through the Covid testing process. They read the instructions supper fast and when I tried to ask them to repeat themselves an attitude was given. When I moved my car up a little bit to give customers behind me a time to access the drive-through as I took my time to watch the video that cvs text me and do the test, since I didn’t get much help from the pharmacist. Then I was yelled at by the pharmacist through the window to hurry up. As they proceeded to gossip about me to the other customers behind me. the disrespect is unreal. If you don’t have the patience to help people, even the ones that need more time and help with instructions don’t join the healthcare industry. You are wasting your time and the companies"
