"I learned my ordered script was out of stock ONLY by noticing a message on the CVS app very late in the day. I had no phone call from the store notifying me and/or presenting a solution. I ad to initiate a call. Why not have an associate reach out proactively to me especially for a drug used to treat an eye infection? A Mom and Pop pharmacy, most likely, would have done that. What happened to customer centric business practices?"
