"I don't know if it's because every person here is dumb or just ghetto but the work ethic of the people here is non existent!!! Every person is constantly walking around on the phone. The employees are LAZY!!!! Things are stocked thats only reason I'd give 1 star. Standing in some trashy ladies line now for 20 mins because only 3 out of 24 employees are actually working. The other bunch are standing around being stupid ghetto trash. Hire more NOMAL people who wanna work. Not these hoodlums only here for a quick pay check!"

Please explain to me why if I don’t go through self checkout the door people still root through my cart and wanna stop me and look at a receipt, do y’all not trust your employees either. Now your self check out is more worthless. Put the people at the door in the checkout lanes."

"I arrived at 10:41pm on Thursday, January 25th, 2024 and they had the doors locked. A couple of guys hanging around outside the entrance mentioned that both entrances were locked and had been locked several minutes prior to my arrival. Walmart closes at 11:00pm, which is shown online, yet they closed early on this particular evening, at this particular location. I’ve never been to a Walmart that has ever done this. This is a huge inconvenience as I knew exactly the item I was getting and which aisle it was in, only to drive nearly 20 minutes out of my way due to this Walmart having the specific item I needed that a more local Walmart didn’t have in stock. Had I known this, I would have driven a couple minutes more and still arrived before closing and likely would have not been faced with the same situation as I did at this location with them locking the doors more than 20 minutes before 11:00pm. I’m not sure who the evening shift leader or manager is, but this should not been allowed or authorized. Corporate should investigate this as this may not have been the first occurrence. It just so happens to be my first experience with this highly inconvenient situation. I truly needed the item tonight and now I’m stuck without it as I won’t be able to make it to another location that has the item in stock."

"This use to be my favorite Walmart to shop at. Their customer service and professionalism has declined tremendously! There are NEVER enough cashiers on the registers and the ones who are in the building are NOT team players to help assist the staff who are hard working! A lot of young people are hired here, but there isn’t anybody staying on top of them about professionalism and quality customer service. The shelves were horrible, items not in the correct places, items missing price tags on the shelves, MULTIPLE times I had to use my Walmart app to scan items to see how much they cost. Multiple employees at least 5 standing by the entrance not doing ANYTHING my entire store run. It should only take a minimum of 2 employees to mark receipts when it’s a store full of customers that needs help badly! Management does a roll call on the loudspeaker ALL the time telling staff (the cashiers mainly) they have to get back to work and their breaks are over. Staff comes back on the clock HIGH wreaking of marijuana not even greeting you upon checkout! I will be traveling farther out for a more professional experience! Nobody takes pride in their jobs anymore and it shows!"
