"This is the worse Claire’s ever !!!! My mom took my 5 month old baby sister here n the lady almost pierced my baby sister face !! I was so upset i wanted to cry , my baby sister was crying n screaming so bad & the lady didn’t even apologize or anything. Please don’t go to this Claire’s y’all !!!!"

"I would give zero stars if i could !! i took my 5 month old baby to claire’s on 07/24/23 & the young lady jasmine ruined my baby ears/experience & she traumatized me for life ! she almost pierced my 5 month old baby face & she did not care. she was not apologetic at all, it was close to closing n she was just ready to go. i have pictures & videos of everything that happened & i will be sharing our experience on tik tok & instagram. i spoke with the district manager & the young lady is still working at claire’s , she’s only been their for 7 months & she don’t have the proper training, please avoid this place & donot let them pierce your baby ears !!!!!"

"First off, this is the best staff at Claire’s I’ve experienced. Everyone is so kind and they greet you upon entering. Saraya is gorgeous funny and sweet. She pierced my ear. Nothing but a mosquito bite of a pinch. She’s awesome! I need a friend like her.❤️ Faith, the manager was so kind and informed me of the aftercare. She also offered me a discount for the next time I come to Claire’s. And the next time I go to Claire’s it will definitely be this location. Thank you ladies."

"I took my 7 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced today. I came in and was greeted by two young ladies who were amazing. They walked me through the process and tagged team the piercing together. Talked me through the after care and made sure to make my little one feel comfortable. I would highly recommend. Took about 15-20 minutes total."
