"All 5 star reviews? Very Suspicious. Not what we experienced. Bought a pendant for a necklace. The example we looked at had a large gold loop but when we went to pick it up, it had a very small loop that didn't even look like gold. They wouldn't give us a refund and wanted $35 more for a larger loop. Over-priced and poor service."
