"Booked ahead for a haircut and style. I have 3B curls that I understand some struggle with so I went in with my hair straightened and just wanted the cut and style no wash. My stylist was ok but nothing stellar that would convince me to go back. What really upset me was when my stylist was having a conversation with her coworker about a certain client that had called to book and a comment was made about that a client’s hair where someone described their curly hair as “really awful hard to do nasty kinky hair” this comment was completely unnecessary, inappropriate, and unprofessional. My goal isn’t to get anyone in trouble so I’m choosing to redact names but please be more conscious about your other clients and what gets said because that comment although not about my curls made me feel like my hair was something nasty instead of something beautiful."

"When I came in last week to buy new Redken shampoo & conditioner, Jenny answered my questions and was very friendly at checkout. I had been meaning to go to my normal stylist but haven’t been able to make the trip to Baltimore. Took a chance and scheduled a cut online with Jenny for that Friday. I was nervous because I’ve had one person cut my hair for the last 15 years. Jenny was so sweet and made all my fears go right out the window. She did exactly what I wanted and still asked for my input throughout the whole process. She did a phenomenal job and I think it’s safe to say that I’ll be going back to see Jenny every few months."

"Over priced, and it took her way to long do overall highlights. Better off going to a high-end salon for what they charge. She did not specify what she was actually doing to my hair. I never get my hair bleached, and she bleached it, and I didn't realize until she was almost done. My hair looks coppery, which I told her, but she kept saying it wasn't. Going elsewhere to fix it."
