"Great barbershop! I took my 3 year old in for his first professional cut today and Ms. Valeri did an amazing job with him! He was a tad nervous at first, and she made him feel so comfortable and by the end of it he was all smiles. He’s been talking about his haircut all afternoon and he told his mother that he wants Ms. Valeri at the barbershop to cut his hair every time with her colorful scissors and combs! I definitely recommend taking your children in to see Ms. Valeri!"

"I wasn’t in the shop the time of this happening. I was at work and my my daughter was with her babysitter at a church. Keep in mind that my daughter is only seven. Being playful and carefree, as always until someone that works. At this establishment, walked up to my daughter and her babysitter and gave her a card suggesting my daughter needed her hair done. Mind you my daughter is also a huge tomboy. Unfortunately, I wasn’t present when this transpired. But I Anisha was the name on the card. I don’t know what was said verbatim I was told by the babysitter, she wanted my daughter (and her babysitter ) to come in to her shop… and the comment “ you both could look so nice “ was said… all I do know is that diminished my daughter self-confidence in her beautifully natural hair. Since Sunday when she told me how it hurt her feelings she hasn’t wanted to wear her hair natural… I don’t think that’s right! Things can be said but some things just need to be left unsaid ! some curly flyaways and a fluffy bun doesn’t mean she’s unkempt…and Im beyond hurting and pissed for my daughter, came here once years ago, NEVER again"

"Not the greatest place to go when you’re a walk-in. They don’t take care of you well, we came in without an appt for two people to get a hair cut & it seem like they weren’t happy that we were walk-ins, they had us wait 15min for someone to see us even though there was two barbers available. One was acting like he didn’t want to deal with us & the other kept eating chips & having conversation with someone who was getting their hair done, distracting the barber who was cutting that persons hair done. Eventually, I think the barber saw we were about to leave & finally decided to do something. Never coming back, one of the barbers did not do a proper job of cutting hair."

"I think the barber was new... we asked for a simple trim above the eyes. They cut my sons hair disproportioned to his head. Ended up having to get a completely different style to salvage the cut. Then had to pay 40.00 plus buy a cap to cover the haircut"
