"Pam at the pharmacy is always in a nasty mood. Nobody is ever at the register up front. One time I tried to pick up photos I had developed and I had to wait an hour for the manager to help me because the employee up front couldn’t see where names were on the orders. Turns out it was on the front of the order. Nobody offered me even a little “thanks for waiting”. This place is a mess."
