"The gentleman that arrived was very nice and patient however, albeit a smaller job (hanging a TV) Murphy's Law was in full swing. First it was determined the TV couldn't be hung on the original wall we wanted because the studs were metal. He said if we got a lighter mount he would try. I ran to Walmart and got the lighter mount he talked about. He drilled 2 large holes in the wall to discover he still wouldn't be able to mount it. I got a call from our neighbor (shared wall townhouse) saying he drilled through their wall. We decided to hang it on another wall that wasn't shared. He used a hammer drill or impact driver that caused so much vibration that 2 of our wine glasses (under cabinet mounted) fell off. One survived, one broke. He asked if we wanted to use the original mount since it'd be going into wood studs it was fine. We said sure (full motion mount vs simple flat mount that was lighter). We showed him where we want the TV. He was working off the old dimensions of the previous lighter mount and when he said it was done and I came up stairs it, the TV was way higher than where I showed him I wanted the TV. He took the TV down and I showed him again with a measuring tape. He used the bottom 2 holes he previously drilled as the new top 2 holes and mounted the TV again (instead of putting the TV where I showed him with the measuring tape)... It was still too high but at this point my wife wanted him gone and said it was fine. To be fair he offered to adjust it again, and like I said he was very polite and nice. But between the broken wine glass, drilling through the neighbors wall, the 5 other holes in the wall we decided to call it. The holes that were not used were not patched. Just left there in the middle of the wall. No discount offered. Ultimately overpaid for a simple job I could have done, but opted for a "professional" hoping we could get it mounted on the original wall we wanted."
