"I do direct pickup from this store. The employees are always very friendly and great smiles. They seem to care about the shoppers and ask if I knew that there might have been a substitute. I have medical issues, and sometimes it's hard to shop inside, so this service is a God sent."

"Make sure to check your product dates before buying anything from giant. The last 2 purchases I made were expired products. When trying to call their store to tell them to throw away their expired yogurt I just paid $3 a piece for they answered saying they were having an issue with their phoneline stating they couldn't hear us but I could hear them & try again later. Total disarray of an establishment. Hope everyone checks their product expirations dates. Wouldn't shop here if I had the option"

"Stay far away from the deli at this giant. The other week I got raw Taste of Inspirations Turkey. This week all my lunch meat was rotten in less than 5 days. I don't know how they can justify selling this stuff. Unethical doesn't even scratch the surface."

"Giant is a pretty good grocery store. I prefer it over Wegman's for most of my food shopping. Why am I rating it only three stars? IDK, it's hard to get excited about a grocery store. Maybe they'd get four stars if the prices were a bit better or the rewards card had better rewards or if that robot was more than just a big annoying stick on wheels. The kiosk ordering at the deli is nice. It will require your phone number and is supposed to send you a text when your order is ready, but it will not send you a text. Instead there is an announcement over the PA system. I was surprised to get a good loaf of sourdough bread from Giant's bakery. Produce is usually good. Checkout is well-staffed."
