"Stopped by the Warrington Home Depot today to get some fuel stabilizer for my Snow Blower. Debbie was really helpful and knowledgeable. She provided me with step by steps on what to do and even went all out with printing out how much fuel stabilizer is needed for the model of snow blower I have. Thanks to Debbie for providing exceptional customer service!"
"I did not have a good experience at this home depot. I needled a Rubi brand scoring wheel, which the After going to Cheltenham & Horsham I went to Warrington because their website indicated they had 5 scoring wheels in-stock. Upon arrival I could not find them so stopped the first associate (Olivia) that I saw. That's where my experience went down hill. She seemed as I was I bother to her. I told her what I was looking for and showed her a screenshot from the website indicating its location and its description. She responded, "What is that?" So I kindly repeated the name of the tool and showed her where it's supposed to be. She did locate the place where they would be stored and said, "we're out." She immediately began walking away so I mentioned that the website listed 5 in stocks. She simply replied, don't go by that. She did not possess the compassion of a customer associate as the kind woman, who's name I unfortunately don't remember at the customer service desk who took the time to double check that store's inventory and that of the surrounding stores. Eventually she directed me to the nearest (Montgomeryville) store who had 9 in stock. From now on I'll avoid Warrington."
""Slim Jim" or Jim (Polaski?) was thee most ARROGANT INGNORT home depot employee I have ever delt with in 23yrs of coming to home depot. What an UNPROFESSIONAL employee!! Do something with this hard head individual, management!!!"
"Ordered carpeting on 10/29. No one calls to let me know it's on back order for 2 months. Installation people tell me the carpet was on hold by Home Depot. The store finally puts someone on the phone who was so rude. She didn't have any interest in looking into this despite my card being charged over $4000 for carpet I have yet to receive. Awful service levels. The woman, Marie, tells me she knew last week about the delay. When I asked why I'm the last to know, her response was just nasty and rude. This is why people hate ordering from this company. Go to a local store. Don't waste your time. UPDATE: Went to store for an updated status. Carpet delayed again. Home Depot never contacted me to alert change in status. How does this company operate? They are awful. I cancelled the order after 2 months and no Outbound contact with the customer. Don't offer the product if you have no clue if it is delayed."
"Very helpful human beings. They helped me find the correct acrylic caulk to meet very specific art show requirements for a painting submission. Clean store. Ample parking. Knowledgeable staff. They also have a wide variety of cool sheds/barns/tool areas in the parking lot, which I thought was neat. Our barn houses my dad's bats, so I don't think we need another bat house I can't use for making things as they would obviously take that over too... but it was cool to see. Shout out to my dad for fostering endangered bats, and wide variety of other wild animals that just kind of come and go."
