"I have been going there for years . The people working today at the register are terrible!!! They did not ask if I had a card or Senior discount. To make it worst the cashier was the manager!!! I asked her if she could Vince me the discount and she said no after the fact that it was rung up . Everyone else was always so nice in the past . To end the story the are charging for paper bags which I did not know ? She asked for a box or paper and I said it didn’t matter BUT again she did not tell they are charging for BAGs!!!!!!"

"My experience there today wasn't a friendly one. I'm usually met by the friendly knowledgeable younger ladies who ask if I need help but that did not happen today. I couldn't find products and the lady on the cash register watched me the entire time in the isle she faced and didn't offer any help. The old lady with the straight neck length grey hair acted like she didn't want to be bothered at all! No help regarding questions about products, and reluctantly rung up my groceries. With all that being said, when I got the vegetarian sausage that was on sale home, I realized it was very expired 3/5/23! Look at ALL expiration dates on products there. Earthlite, you have just lost a customer. You're freakin expensive anyway."

"Nice natural food store in the Poconos area. It's just large enough to have everything we were looking for. Clean, well lit. Definitely worth shopping here! There is handicapped parking, achieved by adding a small ramp at one end of the front sidewalk. That's the only convenient place to move your shopping cart into the parking lot to load groceries into your car. It would be more convenient if there were a smooth ramp to the parking lot all around the front sidewalk."
