"Always amazing service, the team is on time and handle all the items with care. They even setup appliances and get everything done while hauling away any trash. This team can take care of just about anything. Highly recommend, I have used them 3 times in the last 2 months alone."

"Would not recommend. I did a video call estimate with the owner for a quote. I started the conversation telling him we have a lot of stuff. I walked him through the whole house and showed him everything we had to move. The only area I was unable to show him was the storage in the attic. However, I told him we have "50-75 boxes" in the attic. He initially quoted me a 7 hour quote with 3 guys. Once again, I knew we had a lot of stuff so I requested 4 movers. However, the actual move ended up costing us almost double the amount of the initial quote and he ended up having to call 2 more movers during the middle. The only thing that was different from the video call was we ended up having closer to 100 boxes in the attic. So in the end, 25 more boxes in the attic required 2 more trucks, 2 more movers, and 5 more hours based on the quote we were given. I would definitely be very hesitant with the quote you receive. Also, because it was a long day for the movers, we ended up providing them with 2 meals (lunch and dinner). Our move took them 11 hours and 18 minutes per their GPS log reports. They ended up rounding this up to 12 hours. The two meals we provided ended up taking them longer than the 18 minutes that were rounded up. So in essence, the company penalized by an extra hour for being nice enough to provide their crew with two meals. And this extra hour cost us close to $400. I let them owner know afterwards about this and his solution was to give us a $100 credit. So according to him, a $300 penalty for providing 2 meals for his crew was justified. To us, it seems like very unfair accounting. Lastly, several of our boxes were damaged during the move and they are not claiming responsibility for the content. This may be an industry standard, but they were not careful handling the boxes, even though we took the effort to label some as "Fragile". Once again, we would not recommend them."

We had 18 large office tables, it was a HOT day, and the team worked hard to get everything done efficiently.
