"I ordered delivery for turkey chill, my reciept upon delivery said turkey chill on it. Inside my bag was broccoli cheddar. When I called to have redelivered, the manager said they’ll just give me a refund because trying to redeliver it through their third party DoorDash is too much hassle for them. I’m sentitive to diary & gluten, it’s not about the free lunch ! Please give better customer service. I have a thirty minute lunch & wouldn’t be able till eat till after 5pm again."

"I am so disappointed ): I used to love coming here and constantly tried to give this place second chance after second chance. The food has really gone downhill over the years to the point where I can say I'm never going back here. The sandwiches we got were nowhere near 8 dollar worthy. The chai tea was extremely sweet. The drink machines were all broken so we couldn't get the sweet tea we paid for. The spinach we had in our orders smelled and tasted like farts (when we checked they were brown and slimy). The steak and cheese was almost rock. My everything bagel tasted like burnt cardboard. I still have fond memories here but that's how it'll stay."

"This was my first time eating at Panera Bread. They have a decent menu with a good amount of options and meal combos. The prices are a bit high, but the was food fresh. The portions are well sized. There is plenty of seating and parking too. Good place for a spot lunch."

"Service was a little disjointed and slow just for a toasted bagel. The electronic notifier might not work at the outside tables. Clean restaurant with clean bathrooms"
