"Place is trash. I literally wasted my time going here. The time spent waiting and gas spent basically nullified itself out. $100 sweater that was never worn sold for $5......I took the money because might as well after all that effort but next time I'll just give it to my thrift store. Also the first time I originally went there they wouldn't take it because I had it in a glad trash bag. I showed them the contents and they even examined but told me they couldn't accept it. So after 3 trips all for $11......waste of time. Plato the philosopher would be ashamed to have his name associated with this place hahha"

"If I could leave negative stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service!!! They are SO rude — I will NEVER return to this location again. Don’t waste your time. I have never been so disrespected by staff over the phone. I don’t like to complain without offering solutions: all Plato stores should have the same policies, if they differ it should be posted conspicuously (not in the fine print); teach your employees customer courtesy; and empty your voicemail so customers can actually reach you. - Sincerely, Your lost business Update: After trying to have clothes appraised I returned to get my things. The associate told me with joy they were going to pay me for one of my items. I told them “sorry, I want all my things back” and they tried to give me someone else’s clothes!!! I was honest and didn’t claim the items to be mine. They had no clue where all my expensive clothes were!! To this day I’m not sure if I got all my stuff back — they have no system to properly track items that are entrusted to them to value. They run a corrupt business that is blatant negligence and boarder-line THEFT!!!!!!"

"So I was told that they wouldn't buy my pair of Nike Air Max shoes because they were a size 14 and that because the inside looked worn some. Meanwhile you have shoes on your back wall that have scuff marks, black marks on white soles and some have the sock markings inside far worse condition than mine. Terrible service and an attitude to boot. I wasn't even looking for alot for the shoes either. ***your response is comical, Don't act like you did me a favor by looking at the shoes immediately. I had no idea what your policy was when I walked in nor did you explain it to me either. There was nobody inline when I walked up and asked about you looking at my shoes. You could have easily explained the policy and how it works and I would have simply abided by that. No issue at all. You looked at the shoes and was fine with them and then asked a coworker who didn't want to move forward. Based off size and condition when clearly there are shoes showcased on your backwall in much less desired condition. It's your store you pick and choose what you buy and that's fine but too use the reason as their condition is not what you want when there are others that don't look as good on display. Doesn't set for a good look. As for the other stores if you so wish to turn away business and recommend them. So be it then. I wish you the best."
