"My mom walks with a cane, and it's difficult for her to get out of the car and actually walk into the store - it took us about 5 minutes from the car. We went on a Sunday, not sure of the time the store closed, but we saw shoppers inside and a couple walk in a few minutes before us, so we assumed the site was open. The parking lot is virtually empty, and they saw us coming in. We stopped at the first display with sweaters and the girl/ employee said "we close at 7". I said "OK, what time is it?" She said "it's 7. Do you have a store pick up? I need to lock the doors now". She walked to the door and held it open. She said nothing else. Not, have a great night, we open again tomorrow at whatever time, sorry guys, but we're closing, can I help you find something quickly, we still have customers in the store so you can look around for a few minutes, but we can't ring you up if it's more than a few minutes. Nothing. It's now 7:14pm and we just saw 2 families of customers walk out with some bags of shopping. They were not at the register when we walked in. If you saw us walking in, you could have poked your head out and said something before we walked in if it was that urgent to lock the door. Her words weren't rude, but it's the lack of any customer service. I guess this is why people shop online and want to have minimal contact with hourly employees who think any exertion of kindness is beneath them."

"I haven’t been to Old Navy in probably over a decade. They no longer seem to be a budget friendly clothier as I remember. However, this could be due to the increase in quality of their products. They have a nice selection of men’s clothes. However, not if you need something a little more dressy. I spent $104 dollars in a pair of chino pants and lined zip-up hoodie. Seems pricey, but I have a feeling the hoodie will last me for many years!"
