"I will never go back to the hair salon for products. The lady behind the counter is NASTY and very unprofessional. She has no business working in the public. I was there before xmas and she gave me the wrong information about a sale. I was back today and the price on the shelf was $22 but charged me $25. When I asked about it she got mad. I said she should honor that price. She took my hairspray and slammed it on the counter and refused to honor the amount shown. Having employees like her will definitely put you out of business!!!!!!!"

"i went to jc penny in hopes of finding the pink friday 2 fragrance and this really kind lady at the kiosk (she had ginger/dark red hair) was able to help me find it. it’s so hard finding this fragrance and finally found it here. thank you so much to her!!"

"Checkout clerk was more interested in chatting with her co-worker then ringing up items correctly and double charged me for one item and missed another. Instead of fixing the problem at the register I was instructed to go to customer service for another fun trip on the line ride. After explaining my problem the clerk refunded the over charged item and rang up the correct item however after examining the receipt at home, he double charged the corrected item."

"JC Penny is an anchor store at the mall and while others have closed, this one stays busy and still has great sales. There is a salon inside and lots of clothes for the entire family. Lines maybe long but its due to Christmas. Fun for the entire family."
