"They are so, so friendly here so I hate to leave this review. However, I had a nose piercing changed out on a Wednesday and Sunday evening it randomly fell out. When they put it back in they charged me another fee, even though it was their fault it wasn’t in tight enough, correctly (whatever happened) the first time which is frustrating. It’s not something the average person can do themselves at home. If it fell out 6 months or something after I’d gotten it, I wouldn’t be upset, but less than a week… come on. I’ve had my nose pierced for over 10 years, had both a stud and a hoop, and have never had a problem with jewelry falling out."

"It was my first time going to this studio. I had been trying to find a place to do a piercing for myself and my daughter. They answered, were patient with my questions about identification, availability, who could and couldn't come (I had a younger daughter who wasn't getting pierced - the answer is 'no' and I totally get that). On my way there I called to confirm we could be seen that day, they confirmed and just asked me to come during a window of time that wasn't far off so I wouldn't have to wait long. We got in and got the admin out of the way. The piercer (who was also the owner, Anthony) asked a few questions so he could set up and let us know he was finishing up with a previous customer and then could help us. He apologized for making us wait, but I knew we would have at least some wait. It wound up being about 5 minutes after we finished the paperwork, so not long at all. He was very nice, very patient. He explained the process and make it quick and relatively painless (it's a piercing, there's going to be some pain). Next up was my 15 year-old. This was a new experience for her, but she was excited. He got the jewelry in and before he could finish, she passed out! He handled it well. I had a moment of panic, but he was calm and got her laid down, made sure she was okay, called for some water, got her some sugar. He wouldn't let her go until she was all good again and he was super nice, telling us it happens all the time, easing my worries a little. In the end, this place was great - the didn't try and shuffle us out, helped ease our discomfort, gave us plenty of instructions and answered all our questions. I walked away feeling good and will definitely come back here again. Thank you Nova Tattoo!"

"I got my first piece with Anna about a week ago and it was a very pleasant experience! I was pretty nervous going in but she was very reassuring and talked me through all the steps to make sure I was comfortable. After my appointment she was very helpful when it came to answering all my questions regarding after care. Super clean shop and everyone else working there was also very friendly. If I decide to ever get another, I would definitely come back here!"
