"I just moved to Purcellville & really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, I had to leave mid appointment. She butchered my long beautiful nails and made me bleed twice. The lady was super kind but extremely inexperienced. She had only been doing nails for a short period of time & it shows. I tried. Just not the place for me."
"I called ahead and was happy to hear they could take me within 30 minutes I arrived to a sumndounded tech who knew nothing of the appointment and then had to call on her cell phone toanother person to speak English to me. The woman on the phone said she was confused when she told me to come in and wanted me to come back in an hour and a half. No Thank You. A few days later I received a very nice message and a GC for a return appt. I must say this is a first for me. I guess everyone deserves a second chance."
