Pro Nail II

"I have been here twice before and though the experiences were certainly better than yesterday they were not by any means “good.“ A woman I had yesterday seemed to be an owner, or at least in charge. She was very aggressive and not gentle at all. She was also very pushy and rude verbally. Their prices are not clearly marked, and there’s no way of knowing what you will be charged in the end. Not only all of us, the place is filthy. Not only is there, dust and grime everywhere, their nail brushes were not sufficiently sterilized, which left me to wonder about their tools. I write a lot of reviews, and I think I’ve only done one maybe two other -ones. I will not be revisiting this place. Someone else can earn my money elsewhere. The sad part is she actually did quite a nice job of painting. For me, this is a treat, something I don’t do regularly, and therefore I would much prefer to drive 20 or 30 minutes for a better experience, then pay some money to be rude to me. It’s supposed to be relaxing, and I felt like they were just trying to turn and burn. Get me in and out as fast as possible. Unfortunate."

"The lady providing the service was very rude. I selected a color that looked like the color I wanted but when she applied it on one finger, the polish didn't match the color outside the bottle and I asked her to stop. When I asked for the pallet of colors so I can look better, she said they didn't have one. I had to walk to the counter to pick up the color I wanted. I gave her the bottle of what I wanted, but she did not grab that one, instead she went to look for a similar color somewhere else. When she applied it, it still didn't look like the color I wanted. At that time, I told her again, I don't want that color. Then she makes sure every nail technician and customer in the room knew that I wasn't happy with the color and that I was the one who picked the color and now all the eyes where on me, like my nails' color was everyone's business! I am a low key person and I was embarrased in front of strangers. I decided I had enough and let her do whatever color she was applying as I only wanted to leave. The display of nail polishes they have at the counter, DO NOT MATCH what they have inside the bottle. The second thing is that the infrared lamp for used to dry gel, burned my fingers. That has never happened ever in all my years doing gel. She said, it is normal and pushed my hand to the lamp that was burning my hands. I had enough. I paid, thank her and left, but be rest assured that I WILL NEVER GO BACK!"

"I've been here three times with an appointment and have had to wait a very long time. Both techs I had were rude. The owner made my toe bleed even after I asked her to stop twice. Then she grabbed my ankle to twist it instead of just asking me or nicely doing it. They also rush through the process and get mad when you tip 20%"

"The owner rushed doing my nails. I asked for a full set with regular polish and she said no because it takes too long. I said ok to gel polish and she was so rough! I was literally shaking in my chair! I said please slow down because you will cut my skin. She kept looking behind her at the customers waiting. She grabbed my hands in a rough manner and did not care to do a good job on the shape and with actually painting my nails. I left in tears, she called me a bad name on the way out. Never coming back."

"The owner is so pushy and rude, the guy did my nails did terrible job it looks like I’ve done them 2 weeks and looks like they are grown already. This photo is taken right after my visit. The rest of my nails are just as bad if not worse. Wast of time and money, do your self a favor and don’t go there. Does these pictures looks like I just left their Solon?"
