"I’ve been to this establishment multiple times for trims in the past and they are very professional and kind people. I used to have long hair and I went there to finally chop it off. My stylist was Gaby. At the end, she gave me advice on how I can style it at home as well. She was so sweet from beginning to end. I will continue to keep going there for their services !! "Took my son up here this afternoon for a stylish cut since he has school pictures this coming week. I normally cut his hair but he wanted something more stylish for the pictures. It looked ok at first but once we got home, I noticed it actually looks horrible. She missed several spots, cut too close around one ear and didn't both around the other, the top is very inconsistent, etc. Now I have to go back and try to fix their terrible job after spending twenty-something dollars. If you want a quality hair cut, avoid this place. Wish I could get my money back."

"Schedule two appointments and requested any stylist. Their stylist called out “sick” and both appointments were just outright cancelled, no attempt to move to another stylist or help us to get in on our scheduled appointment date. Seemed like the Manager could care less honestly. Horrible customer service and completely lack of competence for running a business."
