"Absolute trash experience. The store would not allow my Instacart driver to pick up FOUR ITEMS after 9:30pm. FOUR ITEMS. A less than ten minute encounter, then out the door before closing time. Denied. When I called and spoke with the manager on duty, he insisted on being rude and talking over me. When I asked if they allow customers in the store after 930pm, he said yes. To which I replied, “I’m a customer, but I wasn’t allowed in your store.” He started raising his voice, then hung up on me. Clearly, Shop n Save did not care about me as a customer, so they’ve lost me, and I won’t be quiet about it. Moreover, in my opinion, that manager is a direct reflection of the owners. If he’s going to treat me like trash, then obviously, they will too."

"Convenient location Most of staff is OK- some are apathetic or down right rude Layout of the ailes is strange- like they are offset Deli is limited compared to other stores They have wine now- a bonus Biggest complaint is the customers! I understand grocery store politics and standards of behavior- but some of you are hardcore A-holes Seriously? Standing right in the flight path and verbally rude when someone says excuse me??? Cutting in front of you at the cashier- after looking at your stuff and saying “you don’t mind do you I only have three things”….yes I do mind you new level of Mt Lebo entitled elderly rudeness! You need off duty cops in Produce. Old people are helping themselves to your open packages of grapes, strawberries and sometimes- bananas"

"The products are very bad. I bought Sabra hummus and the texture was nothing like what I’m familiar with. The produce is often spoiled, OFTEN spoiled. Whatever they think they’re doing to reduce prices, the quality of what they’re selling in no way is worth the price. You guys need to shut down and let a real grocery store open in your place. Shop and Save is definitely a stain on Castle Shannon. Please leave town ASAP. You are not wanted. It’s time to leave town forever."

"This is a grocery store for seniors. First-hand experience. Seniors have trouble with joint pain. This shop and save, has all the item's your looking for in a store half the size of the mega stores. Bob manager is great. Awesome help at checkout both checker and bagger. Smaller produce section with great variety. And now they sell wine ( senior medicine)! Also self checkout and a new hot foods section."

"The essential everyday frozen chicken wings are big and clean and it is a very good product, I prefer it over kirkwood wings that sell in Aldi as they are small and not clean from feathers and i found couple of them with blue skin . if you want a good quality chicken wings go for essential everyday."
