"I wouldn’t leave my house plant with this unprofessional, rude lady. She was supposed to pick up my elderly mother’s cat for boarding on Friday evening while my mother was in the hospital. All weekend we could not get a call back nor confirmation. As of Monday morning, the cat had been alone with no food or water for 3 days. When we finally got her to answer the phone, she acted like it was no big deal and was extremely rude. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away!!!"
