"I haven't been to Ross for 2 years due to the customer service and the lines are insane. But yesterday I decided to give a try to get some rug . I went in I was in shock when I seen the mess in this store and aisle are some empty cause everything is on the floor smh. I used to love this place but how can you shop with a mess like that. The young lady at the cashier was very nice and I was the only one in line so it was great for me. I just wish it was organized."
