"Unfortunately I have to give this one star if I could I'd give it negative stars or zero stars. Yes I will now write my novel and experience I had at the finish line in the Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem. I made a instore purchase on Friday Jan 26. That night I came home and the sneakers and the clothes didn't fit, so like all other stores when something doesn't fit you just go and return it or exchange it. I go to look in the bag and the receipt is not in there I don't recall the gentleman ever putting the receipt in the bag or giving me a receipt but luckily enough I signed up for the rewards program that they wanted me to sign up for and did not think anything of it when I tried to exchange or return the items. I go into the store and the store manager is rude arrogant ignorant unresponsive and tells me that he can't do anything because I don't have a copy of the physical receipt. Now I went to go return the items keep in mind 2 days later I purchased everything on Friday went to go return it on Sunday nothing was worn tags were on everything intact. Since a receipt was never given to me I pull up my online account because I signed up for the rewards program and they can see that I purchased those items in the store and he still then refused to return or exchange those items I had the same form of payment with me I had the copy of the order online I just didn't have the physical receipt again because finish line did not give it to me. So on Sunday he didn't return my items I left because he was so rude and I did not want to say things that I don't mean. So I go back today because I figured somebody else is working there and I'm sure someone else can help me other than that gentleman so when we get there I show them my items I explain the situation and they tell me they can't return it they don't know if we bought those items from that store when I showed them they were online receipt with my purchase order number and they refused to exchange or return them. Now if you look on finish lines disclaimer and privacy statements all the way at the bottom of their website it says that we either would have to have some form of ID to return our exchange the items and or the form of payment we used again which we did and they still refuse to return it for us. Now that I have spent $300 at finish line with items that do not fit me and I am not able to return them because I don't have a physical copy of the receipt? Doesn't even make sense every other store in the doesn't even make sense every other store in the world doesn't ev The store manager I believe his name is Tyree should have some training classes on how to speak to customers. And respect them. Finish line I will never do business with you ever again and I will never recommend your store which is really sad because this is not the first time I have had a terrible experience at this store this is probably the fourth time,hence why I'm writing this horrible review which is well deserved because you should NOT have a store run like the store in Neshaminy Mall people buyer beware read the fine lines don't shop at this finish line find another one where people can respect you."

"Every time I come to the store, I can see the shoe I want being laced up right in front of me and they tell me they don’t have any. Then I will sit outside the store and watch resellers come in or possibly friends and buy the exact shoe that I just went in there to try to purchase . And they’re not shoes that are being released or new drop either just restocked in. The management in the store plays favoritism it appears I hope they go out of business quickly like the rest of the mall."
"I ordered the Air Griffey's for $130 and received Vans! Totally disgusted! Not only does the local stores NOT have them, I have to wait and go through the whole process of returning the Vans, to wait, to get the actual item I paid for shipped to me. This is insane! Customer service could careless. No accommodations for my inconvenience caused on Finish Line's end. Never again! Update- I shipped the Van's back and in 1 weeks time, I received the correct item! Thank you."
