"I went into the store looking for a cartilage ring for my ear. I was greeted and assisted by 2 very friendly employees there, Liz & Keith. They were both very nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to find what I wanted. Plus, they had recommended this saline spray cleanser for my ear to help ward off / prevent infection. I’m glad I got that too because I would’ve gotten an infection had I not purchased and used the saline spray that they had recommended. Thanks guys!!!! You were Super Great!!!!! I had an unexpectedly pleasant and productive shopping trip!! You guys went over and beyond! You Deserve to be recognized!!!!"
