Kohl's

"This location was limited on the stock in the store. We were looking for basic slacks and polo shirts for my son and had difficulty finding what we were looking for. When we got to the checkout we found that they were not giving out Kohl’s cash that day. Needless to say we were very disappointed, that is one of the only reasons that we go to Kohls. With the limited stock and lack of Kohl’s cash, we will be looking for another store to shop at."

"first time I went to this location was to pick up a large, heavy item. Seems this store now has shopping carts whose wheels lock at the door.m to save money. I saw nobody standing there to carry heavy items. Recommend everyone avoid this location. I left the cart in the doorway sine it would not move Had I fallen I would have sued the idiots"

"I usually don't shop at Kohl's very often, maybe once a year if that. Their prices always seemed a bit high for me and when I used to go, the employees always seemed a bit rude and bothered to be helping me. But, the last time I went things definitely have gotten better. There were a lot of good sales, granted it's around Xmas so I'm guessing that's why, but I'll have to stop in after the holidays to compare prices. If the sales stay then it's definitely worth it to go, otherwise prices are just way too high. Employees this time were all so nice and very helpful. I needed help finding a specific toy and although they couldn't locate it (I later found it myself) they tried really hard and were so nice the whole time, even at checkout the cashier was pleasant. The store was very well stocked and really clean as well. They also have Kohl's cash, where if you spend a certain amount you get a coupon, which is like cash, to use at a future date. I'm not sure if they always do that and how it works exactly but it's pretty nice. I'll update after the holidays (if I remember lol) and bump the review to 5 stars if the sales prices stay."

"It's always a great shopping experience at this store. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean which isn't easy for retail stores to maintain, but they manage to keep their location organized."

"As I was standing in the check-out line, I noticed one cashier who seemed to genuinely care about her customer's experience. Mimi was friendly, asked about coupons, etc. I hoped that as each person in front of me went to other cashiers that I would be randomly lucky enough to get to Mimi's register and I did! Retail experiences these days are not always pleasant. Mimi is pleasant, efficient and so very helpful!"
