"Terrible experience today. All of the staff in the store were extremely rude. Came in today around 2:20pm to do a simple return and was met with rudeness by the tall girl folding clothes in the fitting did not acknowledge customers and appeared to be annoyed when myself or other customers asked questions. The girl that was doing my exchange at checkout had a nasty attitude and shoved the bag in my face at the end of the transaction. Will not be returning."

"One of your employees, about 17 in age , 6’3 extra extra large figure, curly hair , who was working at the Tyson’s location at 8:30 pm today , was at the dress room and my girlfriend politely asked “ do I leave the clothes I don’t want here ?” And he replied “ idk put them where you found them “ the attitude was not appreciated it was a simple question yet it was outside his very small level of expertise , either retrain him or fire him , others have had issues with him as well by the looks of it"

"I was very impressed with my recent experience at Hollister. The store was neat, clean, and smelled nice. I was browsing, and a nice younger man named Fayaaz approached me and assisted me with finding sizes and answering questions. I am very picky about jeans, as well as very cheap, but Fayaaz helped me pick out a style that was perfect. I bought 4 pairs, plus a few Polo shirts because they were on sale. I signed up for their rewards program and received a coupon recently, and I plan on going back. Hopefully when I return Fayaaz is there, and I hope his superiors know that his positive attitude and friendliness towards customers has gained them a new loyal customer. Thanks again Fayaaz!"

"I came to tysons corner Hollister store to buy a gift for my children, bad experience and unprofessional manager scary!! I am glad I can shop online!! I will never shop at this store!! I picked the clothes and headed to the cashier, she did not greet me when I came to the checkout. And here is the worse part upon purchasing my items she did NOT say "Thank You." This is unheard of customers are thanked everywhere!! The sad part is the counter person named Zen threw things in a bag, did not fold the clothes I bought...!! she has so much attitude and was rolling her eyes for the customer and is so self centered!!! she did not even "get" what I was saying, nor did she even acknowledge me or give me any eye contact. The sad part is I told the manager named FRED and he was EXTREMELY rude and making jokes saying 'do you want me to wrap it haha' and he said she doesn't have to give you her name because she is not full time "I was shocked! I never experience this kind of service in my life!!! I live in Tysons for many years but never seen this kind of management!!! Very rude manager and unprofessional!! He doesn't know anything about customer service!! Hollister has shameful training; a horrible store!"

"Store no:30414 One of the worst experience ever in the store thanks to mr Fred boyett on March 7 around 8pm. He has no business being in customer service. If you don't know the rules of return policy please don't create your own rules. Wanted to deduct $10 for not having original bill and when we found them he said it has been more than 60 days and later when I showed him the bill with the return policy he says his manager (Nicole Fleischman) does not like more than 60 days return policy and asked us to go to other store to return them. I love Hollister I will buy them but will never return to this store to be insulted again ...."
