"Customer service at the beauty counter was excellent! 4 stars because the appearance of the clothing area really could be more presentable. Made it hard to even look at the clothing. Beauty counters were clean and sales representative was helpful."

"Customer service here is almost laughable. It took one sales associate 30 mins to locate a pair of shoes without apologizing who eventually left me with another associate because he had personal matters to attend to. Some other associate insisted unsolicitedly on educating me about how important it is to know about the story behind every pair of sneakers I own in a highly condescending tone. It really is not that deep. You're a sneakerhead, I get it and I respect that. You didn't have to say "I don't know what it is that you do out there but you have to educate yourself." Guess what I do have way more important things to do."

"I visited this Saks last weekend, disappointed with the lack of selection of Evening gowns. I decided to order online, which can be tricky, not knowing how well the gown will fit based on the designer. Of course I ordered too large and I called the customer service to see if there was a way to get another size sent to the store and I would also bring the one that was too large back and then we could see if the other would work or get the larger one altered. Ralph(customer service rep) suggested call the store. Tried that, line was ringing busy, accidentally called customer service back, got the same rep … I explained to him that I couldn’t get through and didn’t really mean to call customer service back and he just Hung Up the Phone!! Really that’s how that is handled… Called Sak back ended up in the Jewelry department asked if she could transfer the call… u able to do that. This is 2023 right… Not wha I expected from this store."

"8/4/23: Helpful sales man. I found a nice pair of Giveanchy shorts I never saw in San Francisco's Saks, so I bought them, but the man ordered my size, & they're shipping it."

"I ordered brand new Louboutins and received a used pair with heel damage and the red bottom scuffed. Called customer service to be told that was too bad since now they’re back ordered till May. Then they told me (after they messed up) I have to go take them and drop them off to return them. I also ordered a dress based on their size measurements online which should have fit perfectly. Since it’s a final sale item I wanted to be sure it would fit. The measurements were completely inaccurate and called customer service and they again said too bad. They won’t take it back. For a high end retailer, I’m extremely disappointed and will no longer be a customer."
