"I purchased my daughter a pair of shoes at JD Sports. When I got home she tried them on and they were too big. I went back to JD Sports in Tyson’s corner mall in Virginia, to do an exchange/return. The manager, Daryl Randolph, said the shoes had been worn outside so they couldn’t exchange or return. How does a manager know when a shoe has been worn outside compared to tried on to know if it fits, that’s pathetic. I don’t understand how one can know if a shoe fits to your comfort without trying it on and I’ve NEVER had an issue with exchanging/returning a shoe after it didn’t fit. This was my first time buying shoes at JD Sports and I will make sure it’s my last. Such a bad experience overall. I’ve never seen a shoe store with a crew of employees with such bad customer service and just ready to argue instead of giving you the appropriate assistance and help. I hope JD Sports does a better job at training their employees. I will never step foot in a JD Sports again and I will delete my account I just created. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS JD SPORTS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!"

"Whoa! This store has plenty to choose from. They don’t have the same shoe on the wall more than twice, so a very big selection. When you find what you are looking for, simply find an associate and they will look it up on their handheld computers, order it for you and then it will be delivered to while you wait. The weekends are very busy but they have plenty of staff to make the process seamless. To my surprise they had the very popular Jordan 13’s and Jordan 4’s in stock."

"I went in to return a pair of AF1 that I purchased in Pentagon city location. As I approached to the counter, I simply stated that I like to return these since it wasn’t my expectation. The man was doing a thorough inspection like his life and job depended on it. Then said these have been worn... I asked for his name and in response "Caesar" I thanked him for the time and left.. Knowing and reading that this guy isn't a reasonable man. JD Sports was is he still there?! As far as he's breathing JD Sports you don't have my business anymore."
