"Tried to exchange a Pullover at the Tysons Galleria location on 12/1/22 at 3:45PM, and the clerk working pretended to go in the back and speak to a manager and said he could not help me and that I had to call guest services who was very helpful but questioned why I hadn't done this in store as this was not their protocol. Not only did he not help me, but he told his other coworker not to worry about helping me cause "he had it" even though he was helping another customer, which only made me feel like he was being prejudice because I am not the same race/ gender and made me wait 15 minutes to tell me he couldn't help me. Worst customer service I've received and unfortunate this individual would act this way ESPECIALLY over the holidays!"
