"The store has always been clean and well-stocked when I come in. And the associates are always friendly/helpful. I bought a purse this weekend and the associate (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, she was very helpful!) tried to find me another color online for quite a while. Unfortunately the purse didn’t work out so I went back today to return it and couldn’t find my emailed receipt. I combed my email and don’t think I ever received it. The associate, Wendy, was very kind and was able to process my refund a different way. I was very happy with the service I received!"

"I drive 2 hours to this store about every other month since it is (or was) my choice outlet. Typically all staff is welcoming and friendly, but today I experienced much different. As I entered a male associate was straightening the front handbags. I took a few steps and he looked at me and turned right around without any smile or hello, and walked away. I then browse and go past the cashier whom looks at me and no acknowledgement. I make my way to the back of the store when a third woman comes out of the back and walks straight to the register area. Not one time did any of them alert me of the 60+20% sale, give a smile, say are you finding everything alright, or say this is the deal of the day. I usually get all of that. I hope they don't work on commission as I typically spend $800+ per visit. All I can say is appalling customer service. When there is only one customer in the store, surely they're not too busy."

"About a week ago, I found an adorable purse and the associates, all of them, were fantastic, polite, very willing to help, and all around amazing. Unfortunately, my laptop did not fit in the bag, so I came back on a Friday evening to return it. This outlet mall is so busy on weekends that I wanted to avoid the crowds. Website said they closed at 7pm so I wrapped up at work to make it on time. Get here and someone closes the door in my face, only explanation "we close at 6". Abruptly closed and locked the door. Came back to return it on the weekend and I saw the manager come out to let the next person in line in and attempt to skip the next person. She was a bit loud, declared "she was the manager and you can't come in", despite everyone else in line saying this woman was next. Why did she do this? Someone inside said she saw the woman cut. Now, why would a manager of a brand dedicated to creating happy moments come out and be so rude without even making sure she was correct? I'm not sure what's happening in that place but kate spade should be ashamed of the customer service in this outlet location."
