Marshalls

"Had to return items that were purchased from a Marshalls/ HomeGoods. Cashier said can't do it the price tag didn't have Marshalls on it, but I had the receipt that said Marshalls and the item was on it. Well learn your policies, the manager came over and entered the info and made the return. But cashier was still saying it can't be done and another cashier pipes up and said we could go down the street to the home goods and do the return. Mind your business if you aren't helping, let the manager do his job which he told both of them he had this and would show them how to do it later."

"I love shopping here but they have an issue with an employee or more I got a wallet I watched the lady scan it yet it wasn't in my bag or on my receipt check your bags and merchandise to make sure you have everything other than that I love to shop here they have clothes jerseys shoes home goods furniture and much more. If they get rid of the problem then it will go back to 5 stars. I had to go out of my way on a day I wasn't going to the store to get another new wallet not okay"

"I honestly wish I was not doing this review, but my experience was so concerning that I feel that people need to know since I do not want this to happen to anyone else. This month of October 2023, I visited Marshall's in Leesburg, VA. After finishing my shopping, I decided to open a Marshall's credit card. I did, got approved, and paid for my items with the new credit card. When you apply for this credit card and get approved, the cashier hands you a receipt with a "temporary credit card number" so you can shop that day. Your plastic card will get to you in the mail. Today, I got my plastic card, which has a different number than the one I got when I applied. I went to activate my new card and pay for my bill. You can not imagine my surprise when I saw that on the very same day that I applied and got approved, another transaction was charged to my "temporary card" in a whole other state!!! This sadly leads me to believe that an employee of Marshall's gave my temporary card number to someone else to shop with. The transaction has been disputed, and the security team on the phone helped a lot, and the credit card obviously has been canceled. But this is a word of warning! This experience left me very, very sad and extremely disappointed."
