"It was very hard from 10am-1030am today to get employees to help me purchase a g shock mudmaster for pickup, as well as purchase 2 pairs of Oakley and Costa sunglasses. The customer service is not good at all - plus they just opened for the day! The line was building to purchase items and so I waited for service so that I could pick sunglass pairs to buy - happy to do that if the employees would do anything besides act like you’re going to shop lift something. To simply acknowledge someone has been waiting to see sunglasses for several minutes would have resulted in an easy sale"
"4 out of 5 stars because they don’t have basketball shoes for girls in store but they have them for boys!? Either have a unisex section or carry both boys & girls shoes in store. Girls play basketball too :)"
